✅ A feeding scheme has been established to:-     •   Provide left over meals prepared at Package Deal Weddings (only after permission from                       contracting party) to indigent people.     •   Collect and distribute during Diwali groceries in the form of hampers to needy families.     •   Collect and distribute old clothes to Homes for the Aged and Destitute.     •   Provide meals to Homes for the Aged and Destitute ✅   The recipients of the above are decided upon after set criteria have been established in                        conjunction with the Board of Management. ✅   The above programmes will be carried out in conjunction with the Shri Luxmi Narayan Youth             Movement. ✅   Other social functions (such as birthdays, receptions) are also organized under the leadership of       the Social Projects Standing Committee, provided that prior permission is received from the               Board of Management.
✅   All costs for such functions are borne by private individuals. Under no circumstances are Temple funds utilized for such functions. ✅   An end of year function is arranged by the Social Projects Standing Committee, in conjunction with the Language Education Standing Committee and this includes all                   devotees who attend our Sathsangh, learners from the Hindi Patshala & Sanskrit classes, Board of Management members & their immediate families..
✅   This function is either held on our premises or at a venue to be decided upon in conjunction with the Board of Management. ✅   All food, in whatever form, be it on Temple premises or not, will be strictly vegetarian.
